活動内容
１００年企業研究会とは？
全国の社労士が中心となり、１００年を超える長寿企業の経営を研究し、分析しています。
それら企業がもつ自社（の社員）、顧客、社会の幸せを叶える経営を、
世界へ、未来へ啓発することを真面目に考え、行動していく集まりです。
”Syaroshi” from all over the country（Japan） play a central role in researching and analyzing the management of longevity companies for over 100 years.
It is a group that seriously considers and acts to enlighten the world and the future of the management that fulfills the happiness of the company (employees) ,customers , society .
経済で起こる問題を経営で解決する
戦争や環境破壊の多くは、経済的な問題が原因で起こっています。
日本に多数存在する１００年企業（創業１００年を超える企業）は、それらの問題を解決する可能性のある経営手法を持っています。
日本の１００年企業は、競争に勝つ強さより、社会、顧客や従業員との絆を築くことを大切にします。そのような経営判断により、事業を長く継続させることに成功してきました。これらの手法が、一見、逆説的に思えます。
しかし、周囲との関係性を大切にすることで、１００年企業は経済的な利益も得てきました。
In the world, many wars and many environmental destructions are caused by financial problems. Many Tokowaka Company in Japan (companies that have been in business for over 100 years) have management methods that have the potential to solve these problems. Japanese Tokowaka Company value building bonds with society, customers and employees rather than the strength to win the competition. Through such management decisions, They have succeeded in continuing their business for a long time.
At first glance, these techniques seem paradoxical. However, by valuing the relationship with the surroundings, the Tokowaka Company has also gained economic benefits.
今、世界ではSDGsが流行しています。１００年企業は、SDGsの考えを実際に実行してきました。しかし、その経営手法は、暗黙知となったままでした。
私たちは、その手法を、世界中の人たちに伝えたいと思います。少なくとも、今日、起業する若者がその手法を手軽にまなび、実践できるようにはなってはいませんでした。
自分と社会をいっしょに豊かにする経営手法を、誰もが使えるようにすることで、世界平和へ貢献したいと考えています。
Today, SDGs are all the rage in the world. Tokowaka Company have actually implemented the idea of the SDGs. However, the management method remained tacit knowledge. We want to share that technique with people all over the world. At the very least, today, young entrepreneurs have not been able to easily learn and practice the technique. We would like to contribute to world peace by making it possible for everyone to use management methods that enrich ourselves and society together.
めざすべきところ
全国の１００年企業の経営哲学は、同じといっても良いくらい似ていました。その哲学のルーツが鎖国時代の江戸にあることが理由でした。江戸は、中国において完成された儒学をはじめとした東洋哲学が、世界で初めて、かつ、唯一、実現した都市でもありました。世界の叡智をいただいて創られた文化都市江戸。世界からお預かりしていた叡智を、経営理論・手法として、リフォームし、我々が世界の皆様にお届けしたいと思います。
世界のどこかで、明日、起業しようという若者が、スマホで、学校の教室でいつでも出会えるようにしたいと思っています。町の書店のビジネス本のコーナー、ドラッカーの本の横に日本型経営の本が並んでいるイメージです。
◆What is ideal
The management philosophy of Tokowaka Company nationwide was very similar.The reason was that the roots of that philosophy were in Edo during the isolation（Sakoku） period.Edo was also the first and only city in the world to realize Confucianism completed in China.Edo is a cultural city created with the Wisdom given by the world.We would like to reform the wisdom entrusted to us from all over the world as a management theory and method, and deliver it to everyone in the world.
